King Hamad general Hospital is located at Busaiteen, Muharraq. The client is the Ministry of Health and the Client Facilitator is the Ministry of Works and Housing. The site for the hospital is located on reclaimed land adjacent to the road between the airport and Manama and has close proximity to the sea with a good sea view.
The project team includes both local and international companies with joint venture Lead Contractor Nass Murray and Roberts and local company HAJ acting as Client Representative and Cost Consultants.

The five star Movenpick Hotel lies in close proximity to the Bahrain International airport. The main feature of the hotel is the sloping glazed atrium which gives a visual transparency to the entire hotel.
The Royal University for Women is being built on a 60-acre campus in West Riffa.
