Juffair’s residential upgrade

The$120 million project, situated in Juffair, Bahrain, has its won privatetheatre, business centre, a water park, health clubs and squash court, as wellas indoor and outdoor swimming pools. With around 400 apartments, includingfour penthouses, Fontana Towers is already 30pc sold and will be complete in 30months.

Fontana Towers features 400 apartments in four inter connected towers overlooking Bahrain's scenic seafront.

THE PROJECT, THE AMALGAMATION of a group of investors called ‘The Developers' with extensive experience in the realestate industry, joins a group of residential freehold communities in the kingdom, which has recently seen a surge in property initiatives.

Set in the district of Juffair, Bahrain, overlooking a large water fountain in the lagoon, Fontana towers is designed by architects Aref Sadeq. The project principals say the development will, at completion, cost an estimated $120 million. The highlight of the complex is a passageway that links the four tower components, allowing people to move freely within the buildings.

As one of the largest residential stand alones envisioned in Bahrain, the sales and marketing agents, Landmark Bahrain, are promoting it as an exclusive address with not just great facilities but also neighbours that include "some of the biggest names in business and social circles".

In Bahrain, the district of Seef is usually the first area considered for such a development but this location was apparently hand picked to suit what the architects believed would create a blend that makes the property unique anddesirable.

As it is in the heart of an overall residential district that goes back a few years longer than some of the newer places in town, supermarkets, hospitals, and schools are all within minutes, with the airport a few minutes further. Interms of accessibility, the towers also benefit from being located beside aproposed highway which will link it to the Mina Salman bridge and the Al Fateh highway with secondary access to the Saudi Causeway.

This sea-facing property also has its own private theatre and business centre.

Fontana Towers comprises studios, 1, 2, 3, 4, bedroom apartments as well as penthouses. The overall development also has its own private theatre, business centre, a water park, health clubs including an exclusive gym for women and squash court, as well a indoor and outdoor swimming pools. And in a world dominated by buildings without adequate parking facilities, Fontana Towers houses over 3 levels of parking space which can hold close to 600 vehicles.

Landmark says they have already pre-allocated 30pc of the apartments. Prospective buyers can call Landmark Bahrain on +973 17 295050 for information.
